Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 1 year warranty on Illuminated Art products only, against defects in workmanship and functionality.

All products sold by DiaNoche Designs are guaranteed to be brand new, high quality, built-to-order products. If your purchase is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is incorrect we will either provide a refund or provide you with a new item.  Please see our full return policy below.

Production time stated is the amount of time for the product to ship out, not the actual days to arrival.  Once the item has been shipped we cannot control the travel time to the final destination. We will do everything we can to make sure your shopping experience with us is a positive one. 

Damaged Goods Return Policy

When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully.  If there appears to be major damage to your package prior to opening, reject the package or open it in the presence of your carrier to inspect the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit.  If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if you have received the wrong item please email us at sales@dianochedesigns.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.

Undamaged Goods Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with tags, labels and receipts intact, and in original condition and ALL packaging. Original condition means that the item should be stored in a smoke-free environment, should not be used, and should not be subjected to any other type of condition that might make the item seem used including hair, lint, etc. We expect to receive the product in brand new, resell able condition.  Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts, etc.), we will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. If you are exchanging or returning an item, please indicate this in an email to us at sales@dianochedesigns.com for proper return instructions. There will be a 10% restocking fee if items are not returned in it's original condition so please inspect the item before sending back.  When returning items please include a note with your name and order number for reference.  All returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.

Custom Goods Return Policy

Any item that is custom made, with anything other than standard product images from DiaNoche Designs are not subject to refund for any reason.  Exchanges only are allowed for a defective or incorrect items.
